Attention Peak Dental Group Registered Dental Assistants:

For the month of July, we will be holding a FUN contest for all Peak clinical staff members.

Here’s How it Works:

• RDA will create a perfect setup. They display a clinical setup that has been completed by them and to the best of their ability.

• RDA will take a photo of their setup.

• Submit your photos to hr@peakdentalgroup.com and executiveassistant@peakdentalgroup.com and please ensure your Lead Assistants are cc’d.

• All submissions must have the subject line, “Win It Wednesday Clinical Assisting Challenge”.

• There will be one Associate Judge selected from each clinic.

• Each judge will choose a favorite setup from all submissions that will total 4 points .

• Dr. Gill will also be evaluating all setups submitted.

• Every Wednesday and for 4 consecutive weeks, a winner will be selected and announced. The winner will receive a $20.00 gift card to Earls Kitchen and Bar Restaurant.

• At the end of 4 weeks, the total number of points will be tallied.

• First place will receive a $100 gas gift card, second place will receive a $50 gas gift card and third place will receive a $25 gas gift card.

• Entries are unlimited and there can be only one submission per setup.

• Entries missing items will be disqualified.

• For reference, please refer to our latest version of the Standard Operating Manual.

Here’s How it Works:

• To be eligible for this contest, employees must be in good standing and not within a probationary period.

• All Contest Rules and Regulations are subject to change without prior notice

• This Contest is open to all RDA employees of Peak Dental Group.

• By entering a contest, he/she is giving Peak Dental Group and associated clinics consent to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness on online and through social media forums.

• Each prize may be subject to restrictions.

• Peak Dental Group or any associated clinic will not be responsible or liable in any way to the prize not being available due to circumstances beyond our control.
